Your Assets are identified within the program by a unique ID number which can be assigned by the program or by you. You can easily track your Assets by Custodian the person responsible for the Asset, Location, Department and much more.
We also have multiple levels of Maintenance including scheduled maintenance with alerts and alarms notifying the person responsible by both Email and Popup notification.
You can also attach Pictures and Documents to your Asset so that anyone connected on your network will have access to that information as well. Within the Asset Traker you can also customize your field names which modifies those changes both on the screens and on all of your reports.
